Sue's Broccoli Salad
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ scant cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 bunches broccoli, cut into flowerettes (peel and include upper stem)
- ½ lb bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled (optional)
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
Mix mayonnaise,
sugar, and vinegar together and refrigerate overnight. The next day,
toss the mayonnaise mixture with the other ingredients.
